I had the BEST of the BEST tech support today with these folks. Spoke to Eddy at 1:30 pm re a serious & 'stressful' computer crisis I was in the middle of. He sent me the sharpest tech lad I've met yet at 5:00 pm!!! This young man had my computer fixed in a few short minutes, literally, giving me 143 GB of space on my computer. And yes, he explained the issue(s) in layman's terms. AND, answered additional questions and provided useful advice for going forward. Thank you for your VERY timely and professional service!!! I'm a happy happy customer. I'll definitely be passing your name along!!!

We needed a small business solution and called Tech Support.They were very responsive and gathered a lot of information prior to coming onsite for support. The tech did an excellent job - he did everything we wanted!!! I was impressed that he came prepared with an understanding of the issue and a couple of solutions. He explained the options and I was able to pick one that works for us.We are very excited to have a fully functional business computer system. We finally have an IT team that is giving us what we want and will be contacting Tech Support Calgary anytime we have an issue in the future.
