Needed a pontiac fiero towed to Napa auto early in the morning for repairs and was met with great customer service over the phone was at my garage within 15 min and was given amazing towing service by the professionals they have. J.R was very knowledgeable, caring of the state I had my car in and knew just how to take care of a vintage vehicle and had prior history with it professionally and personally. Let me hop in and we were at Napa in no time. Provided all the paper work and even had credit card payment ready on hand. Thank you Kitchener Towing Company.

JR came to help me after an accident, 5 minutes after my call to the towing company! He was very attentive and very informative about the process. He stopped once he knew everyone was ok, to pick up some garbage and debris in the street.He met me at the collision reporting centre and walked me through what to expect. It was very comforting.A few days later I learned that I left my glasses in my car, and he brought them back to my residence!Thank you JR for really going above and beyond!

I cannot recommend them enough. We were out on the 401 today and ended up needing a tow. I called not expecting much - my regular tow company wasn't able to help me. JR gave me a break down of the charges and came out 30km to help us out. Even gave us a ride home! He was very considerate, kind, funny and certainly what we needed today. JR, I know you probably think you were just doing your job but you definitely made a difference in our lives today. You will be the first we call when needed.

Quick and easy. hit a pothole that took out 2 tires and J.R. had me hooked up and ready to go in no time. We also went back to the pothole to take photos of the size of it and he informed me that I may be able to claim the cost or at least some of the cost and damages against the city of Kitchener.

!!!!!!!!THEY DONT WANT TO USE FLAT BED TRUCKS FOR YOUR CAR NO MATTER WHAT YOU NEED AND WANT TO PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!Guy on the phone extremely rude!!! My car dealer and other towing companies AUTOMATICALLY book the flat bed truck for my car type and he is trying to tell me “he tows my type of cars without flat bed all the time”, i dont even see these cars on the road btw… Guy ended up HANGING UP on me when I told him that dealer advised me to use the flat bed truck ONLY !!!! i do NOT recommend this business AT ALL! stay away! The “service” is a joke.
