Bad Customer Service. They are cheaper, but you might look for more options. There are companies in the market which has the same competitive price but at least good communication and better customer service.Most importantly try not to deal with their sales agent Glen, initially he may sound ok. But later he will be heard to get hold of for any issue. Edie was a bit helpful in that case.

Waited 43 minutes for just to be loaded for 1 sheet and they were pretty busy for loading unloading their own trucks … no regard for the customer. Even they have chairs for the customer…bring your food and stay long .

Wanderosa had extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff during my visit to pick up my material. I ordered my material over the phone with a friendly sales rep, and upon arriving at the business, I was greeted by a helpful customer service team which made my experience hassle free! Great work!!

First come first serve for receiving (shipping/receiving), i hope they don't go the way of appointments like so many other places. Small yard but friendly workers in warehouse. On my list of best places to deliver cargo.

Our company had an account with Wanderosa for many years, instead of paying with cheques we wanted to pay our account with our Visa card to collect points. We were told by Accounting Dept Manager, in order to continue paying our account with Visa we would have to sign over our points to him. Not a company worthy of doing business with.

Great customer service. I always find help from customer service desk w.r.t colours and finishes that are not available and they would suggest colours from their stock. This helps our business going....Glen especially take extra steps in making sure I get what I want. Thank you for your support and keep up the great work/ service you provide.

I sent my truck for delivery, Chinese guy took 3 hours to off 6 skids, not sending my truck again, no respect for truckers and time

Wanderosa is a great company to do business with. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service team is very knowledgeable. The delivery service is also outstanding. I don't know what other reviewers are saying but I found the customer service team to be friendly and accommodating especially Glen. I recommend this company to anyone that needs wood products.
