I have an elderly brother who needs to be taken to appointments, and taxi’s are not practical because he needs to travel in his wheelchair. The driver arrives, picks my brother up, and waits during the appt, so they are immediately available when the appt ends. My life would be much more complex without their professional services. So, thank you, to all of you at Genesis!

Benson and the team offer an incredible service. It's economical (give them a tip, please), and the service is second to none. Thank you for my recent wheelchair transfer from hospital. The fact you came to my ward picked me up and dropped me directly inside my respite is incredible.

I wish I could give more stars. Glen was absolutely phenomenal in assisting with transport to the hospital. Right from the initial conversation and booking, everything went exactly as Glen promised it would. My family was treated with the utmost respect and Glen looked after every detail including the portable oxygen! I can't say enough about this service. It brings me great piece of mind to know that a company like this exists. Thank you so much!!!

My husband has ALS and is bedridden.The two men that picked us up and transported us to the PLC hospital were very friendly, gentle and compassionate.I didn’t have to worry about anything, they took us right to admitting and to the unit we were booked in for.I highly recommend them!!! We’ll be using them from now onThank you !!
