Love planet fitness but this one has a horrendous issue with people not cleaning the machines they use. In my time here I'd say roughly 70% of the people don't clean the machines

This is the most annoying pf club. There are two massage chairs for black card members. On 18th May i was using one and other one used by pf staff guy. He started playing some punjabi serial in his phone on high volume in speaker. It is very annoying since its a small room. Even though i causally requested to use headset or reduce volume, he never concerned about this. Massage is to get relaxed but if Plant fitness staff itself doing like this shows their attitude towards customers.

Tried planet fitness for 1 day pass and the machines are like toy Machines....... The dumbell area is so crowded you can barely do shoulder raises and all around un cleansed.... Club 16 is much better thd have a cleaner working the whole day and I never had an issue with stopping workout over crowding

This gym is always so full of people. This is one of the most crowded gym in surrey. The equipments are not well maintained because the cable machines stuck every time. I was so frustrated in this gym like i have stopped my workout in between and went to reception to cancel my subscription and their the staff is soo rude. They were like if u want to continue its ok, if not then just get your membership cancel because this gym is like this only, infact she was blaming me that you come to gym at wrong hours but unfortunately this gym fully crowded at every hour of a day. Wastage of money here because you don’t get turn to use equipments and for dumbbells you have to stand in a waiting line.

Employee name Yash at night was very unprofessional doing nothing just sitting with a girl on counter, when I asked him about one machine is not working or unplug he doesn’t know what to say smiled and told me do something else I asked for a massage chair later there was a box of coins on the side and he was still busy talking to her staff member I don’t know if management paying them for working or doing chit chat. Later he mentioned you both can’t take the massage moreover one machine was not working, he told me I’m putting a note on your profile. That’s the only thing he showed his professionalism otherwise he was happily sitting on the counter talking to a girl. What a low grade service. Using not a single word of English.(Newton location)

Good for cardio exercise but if we are working on muscles, there are not so machines for it and they lack machinery per person as there will be always rush in the dumbell section and people stack in line for bench presses. I always avoid doing and in result only one time i being here in 1 month.

Please update the actual gym opening date as i was there last night thinking it was open, but it was not! The flyer they been sending out crazy also says open now... very unprofessional, but im looking forward what this place has to offer.

Very bad equipment maintenance. Some them can be seen in photos. These r like this from times and seems like will be like this forever.
