Incredible customer service! Have gotten my past few phones from here and it was a great experience! Especially when switching to a completely different phone and being shown how everything works so I wasn’t confused. Better experience then I’ve had with most cellphone providers.

Just had LCD replaced on my iPhone X. Professional service. Gave written estimate and job was done on time at price given to me. They even added a tempered glass screen protector at no extra cost. Offered a loaner phone while repair was being done. A+ service.

Unprofessional, incompetent and a serious lack of communication skills among management. I took my phone to have it assessed, I was told they needed to replace the lcd for 110 which I felt was fair. They said they would call me if there are anymore problems. They later called for me to pick it up, so i did. by the time I had reached home the phone had overheated and shut off. I called them they said they would take a look at it and call me back. Three days later I got tired of waiting so I called, it was ready but again before reaching home it overheated and shut off. I did eventually receive my money back after several trips to the store and after they tried claiming water damage was the issue but never stated this during the original assessment. They wanted their lcd back from the phone that they had put on my phone, so i agreed. I waited well over a week for my phone back until I called. The man had said he was under the impression that they had acquired the phone. In the end i did receive my phone but not with the original screen it was replaced with a shattered one, the original one was broken but not cracked at all. All in all worst customer service experience I have ever encountered and will never recommend cell magic to anyone.

As store was one of the greatest stories that I shopped in for a cell phone, I bought my last 4 or 5 cell phones, but my 4th phone I bought was not an English phone so I wasn't able to register it and set it up to work the right way so I contacted them and they told me to bring it in and they would replace it with a new phone and that phone worked perfectly fine I've had it for the last past 4 years. And I'm thinking it's about time for a new one, and you got one for my spouse. I will continue shopping there for the rest of my days.

I thought my iPhone X was a GONER after it was water damaged, but these guys proved me wrong! They had it fixed in less than a day (replaced the screen), and it was much cheaper than it would have been if I’d gone through Apple.

Had screen replacement on iPhone 7 done at Cell Magic. They do not do while-you-wait" repairs. But

When I ran my cell phone over with my car.... I went in they set me up with a phone with my provider, no trouble at all. Great to work with flexible and fair. I recommended them to anyone who is having issues with their phone or needs a new one cheap and fast.

I brought it in at 10:00 am and it was finished at 2:30 pm. I was not expecting it to be so fast. Would recommend to anyone

Great place to buy second hand phones for a fair price. Also great place to sell a phone u no longer need as well as they have a good repair service If needed. I have done all three and been happy with them every time :)
