I called to get a price on a riding lawn mower part only to be told they wanted a credit card # before even giving me a price for a part. Said they would have to spend time looking it up and made it seem like that would be a big hassle. thanks

Did not return messages in a timely fashion. Guess they have too much clientele. Appearantly, generator prices are up 20% in 2023!!

I can't believe that this place is still in business...I have never been treated to such poor service in my life. I dropped off my riding mower last Monday, after calling and being told that they could book me in for Thursday, to repair a broken cable for engaging the blades and to do a general service to the machine. At the time I dropped of mower the counter person said he would order the cable right away to make sure they had it for Thursday and of course I took him at his word that it would be done. Friday around 11am I called and was told, after the lady that aswered went to check with service department, that the work had not yet been completed on my mower as they were a day behind. I then asked if that meant that it would be done by days end and she replied that she would call when it was done ( I would also like to point out that she was very surly and then just hung up ). I waited until Tuesday mourning to call again, to find out what was going on, and was transferred to the counter man who informed me that theyhad LOOKED at my mower and if I wanted it to work perfectly that I needed a new belt and pulley for the mower deck. I asked why they had not contacted me about this and got and some lame excuse about being busy, etc. They now have had my mower for 8 days...so I said never mind that stuff, just get the cable repaired as I needed my mower back and couldn't wait anymore. At this point he said okay I'll order the cable and TRY to have it done tomorrow ! This is the cable that he was suppose to order a week earlier. UNBELIEVABLE 8 days later and this incompetent idiot still hadn't even ordered it and expected me to wait even longer. I told him to forget it and I'd be there in a hour to pick it up and take it somewhere that doesn't jerk their customers around. I then went to pick up mower and he tried to charge me $ 40 dollars because THEY LOOKED AT IT " what a stinking joke. I would not pay

Thank you so much for having our mower blades in stock! I was so worried..they were hard to find as the big box stores did not have them. I contacted a manufacturer and they sent me to you.. a great local business.... great customer service.. thank you guys so much!!

Great service! I emailed about a Snapper electric mower and Al got me sorted. Better selection, and more personal service than any big box stores. Will be back for any other small equipment needs. Support local business!

Terrible experience. I brought my mower in for warranty work. It was used about 10 times, really new, pin broke, easy fix. I told them to call if any other work was needed, they did not. When I came to pick it up, they were handing it back to me with a bill that almost totaled the price of the mower. After arguing with me and refusing to give me back my mower I payed the bill and said I will not come back, they said great." Avoid this place if you are looking for good service."

I was told by another cub cadet dealer my mower deck spindle required replacement. When I asked about replacement bearings they told me they cannot be replaced. Terpstra told me not to order the spindle and just replace the bearing which they had in stock. Great reasonable people to deal with.
