Cam was awesome. Showed up within 2 hrs. of being called. He did a great job. Quick and efficient. Cleaned everything up when he was done. The only sign he had been here was no more leak!!! Thanks Cam.

the front desk gave only $100 deposit request when I asked for a quote. she refused to divulge rate Every other company I called gave estimate. the worker came out, he checked work and gave quote of $395. I saw him do the payment at end 1st payment was $100 more the 1st quote he tried to correct bill went more $150 than his quote. he called office and asked to send me bill to correct. I have 2 payments on my email. I talked to front desk that night and she Said no we have standard cost. they are $200 more than a red seal workers rate but almost double that with final bill. front desk called again & firm in their price even though I have proof of 2 charges on my email. if this is their flat rate like every other company they should disclose the rate. Do not do business with them check other companies rates and you will get a quote. the worker did 1/2 as much work as anyone else we've had as company almost $200 more than a red seal worker company and he is not 1 ticketed. As well their quote which she said was flat rate refused to disclose when I 1st asked for estimate. I phoned a red seal plumber company and they would charge $200 less than them and the furnace quote he gave was over $100 more than a red seal heating company. They are not honest, don't provide ticketed workers, sneaky business practices. there should be no difference by treatment by home owner or renters. She voiced this as well and that should not have any bearing of service.As well their flat rate I received on bill was over $200 more than competitor roter rooter-buyer beware & no mention of travel cost which is also added to bill. credit card is looking into fraud on their part.

I received next day service. Quotes were reasonable. Plumber was available earlier than expected but phoned ahead to confirm if an earlier arrival time would be suitable. I was provided with an email including a photo of the plumber before arrival and estimated arrival time which was appreciated. Plumber was polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly and left the areas worked on clean. I had a small leak repaired and additionally had a camera inspection completed on both the sewage and perimeter drain systems. I would not hesitate to hire again and recommend to my friends.

Great service and price for tank installation and re-piping of our home from Rob. Arrival time was very punctual and Rob and his apprentice got the re-piping all done in one day. Rob is a very experienced plumber and a very hard worker.

Josh is a really professional plumber, friendly, we have few times working experience together, he absolutely did a nice job very time.

The receptionist was friendly and professional upon my initial call for service. Service Rep Cam Arnold phoned before arrival and was on time as stated. He accessed the problem....stated the repair cost...and went to work. He has a good demeanour and work ethic. He had to call another colleague for additional supplies during the repair. In spite of this taking additional time...the repair cost was the same as stated before the repair. He successfully unclogged my drain, left his company card, and explained what to do if there was a problem later on. Cam represents the company well and I would not hesitate to use or recommend Mr. Rooter again for future plumbing services.

Josh Gray was assigned to come fix my grandmother's clogged kitchen sink the same day I requested the service. Not only was he extremely personable and informative. But he competed the job quickly and professionally. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

Irsh was fabulous. He was very friendly and efficient. We had the plumbing under our sink redone and he made certain to explain what he was doing and how we could solve potential future clogs or drain issues. A few hours after the work was done, we noticed the seal on the p trap was holding water and leaking. With no complaint he came back the next day to take a look and fixed it for us. For any plumbing we need in the future, we'll definitely be calling Mr. Rooter of Langley.

Mark did a great job. He’s professional and efficient. Not only was my kitchen sink drain unclogged but also thoroughly cleaned using pressure wash. Initially I tried to fix it by myself with no success because the clogging point is too far to reach for drano or drain auger so I called them, very pleased with the results.

We had contracted Mr. Rooter to do a sewer line repair. Their price was reasonable, but before starting the work they did a camera inspection and told me that the work is not needed. They only charged me $300.00 for showing up with four crew and a backhoe.I was impressed.Thank you Mr. Rooter.
