Blinds In Motion

Blinds In Motion were great! Spoke to Ernie who's a stitch! John came by and showed me the products and samples. He was knowledgeable and informative. He even came back for a second showing for my husband to take a look. He took his time; was patient with us and our indecisiveness! Not too long after we placed our order our blinds were installed by John as well. I was very impressed with the product upon installation. They truly transformed the spaces we had them placed in. We are extremely pleased with Blinds In Motion and look forward to working with them in the future to update other spaces in the near future!

We replaced virtually every window treatment in our home with shutters from Blinds In Motion. Ernie came to our home three times to ensure that the measurements were exact, including a difficult curved 5-window bay in our living room. While supply chain issues created a long wait (14 weeks), the finished product made it all worthwhile! Ernie and Mike did a top notch job with the installation. My wife and I are very satisfied with the results of this project, which was done at a very fair price. There is one minor open issue which Ernie has assured us will be handled, and I have no reason to doubt him.

I had a great experience from the very beginning, when I received a call back on the same day that I left a message - honestly, when is the last time you had a service provider return your call same day? Ernie scheduled a day and time for John to visit me with samples. John called to confirm and showed up on time. We looked through several books of samples, I made selections, and he measured the windows. It was a bit complicated because I have casement windows in the sunroom that we open during nice weather. I placed my order, and John returned to install the new window treatments. He did a great job, and he was so nice to work with - truly consultative, not at all salesy. I am so pleased with my new window coverings. Beautiful quality. I highly recommend this local family-owned business.

I love, love, love my shutters! Ernie came out twice for consultations to be sure I got what I wanted. He's thorough and very friendly! Mike and John came out to install and did a fabulous job! Had a couple MINOR complications but they worked on getting the problems resolved very quickly and did I say I love my shutters!! I would highly recommend this company!

Bought Blinds from Blinds In Motion. They came to my house, were reasonably priced, many styles and colors. I chose the 2 faux wood. Joe (installer) came in about 2 weeks. He was great

This company is the best ! They are professional and fair priced. High quality products and great customer service. John was my sales guy and was honest about what products ,colors would look best in my home. I just had all new blinds for my bedrooms and kitchen installed and couldn't be happier ! While he was installing I had him order more honeycomb blinds for my upstairs as well. If you are looking for a great product and professional service call Blinds in motion !!! .

I ordered blinds from them about 5 years ago, and the installation went well and the owner was very nice. I live on Yale Street in SCS and wanted to use a local company. The reason I am rating them only one star is because this company will not follow up or help you out if your blinds that you purchased from them need repair. I have called for them for 3-4 months now, as I need to purchase a few new slats for my living room blinds that I had installed from this company. My child broke a couple of the slats. After finally reaching the owner, he told me to measure the blinds, which I did. He told me her would order the new slats for me several months ago, and now I have never heard from him and he won't return my calls. I feel this company is good when you want to order a decent sized job, but good luck trying to have them follow up with you if you need a replacement part or repair for their prior work.
