It's a city parking lot. Lots of uneven spaces. When it rains you had better wear rain boots because there seems to be no drainage of any kind and there is lots of water.

Mike the bum says...Another stunning parking lot... full of line's, cars, and parking spots of course.... near the Leons Center, so, good for shopping downtown... they should really build a multi level parking structure here..I think they are going to build apartments here....

It's great parking if your looking to do shopping in dwntown area. It is 2 blocks from main street, but alot cheaper then the underground lots that are closer to the main street. Also if you need to grab a few groceries on way home this lot is attached to the Food Basics Store. Right across from GoodLife fitness and the LCBO store and half a block up from the Leon's Event Centre(firmly the Kroc Centre).

Would be great if the shuttle service was available to the island residents. Other than that the Ferry service and crew rule ferry services with style. Love this island and look forward to the future of this beautiful home.

As parking lots go this is as good as any other. Close to the Krock Centre for hockey and concerts, LCBO is across the road (has free parking but often full). Just be aware that the ticket machines will not authorise less than $1 if you use credit card.

I'm an amputee and I've been to the store down town on Princess st, easy to get into, quite noisy but the food is good, not long to wait for your order and they have plenty eating area . Aswell as friendly service.

Would you believe it! It's a parking lot. If you want, you could park your car here. If you felt like it, you could even just drive your car in here, do a little circle, then leave. Of all the parking lots in the city, this is the parkiest parking lot. I walked through here one time (I wasn't in a car. That's important because it's a parking lot), and the feeling was extraordinary. I might park my car here one day.

Great lot usually always has a spot. Just off the beaten path for downtown shopping. Still only less then 5 min walk to Princess st and less then 10 to market Square city hall and confederation basin

Sometimes I park here while I'm grocery shopping at food basics, other times I use it instead of the crowded LCBO parking lot. I've never got a ticket when I didn't pay. Sometimes they charge $5 for parking if there's an event at the K-Rock centre, but if you tell them you're buying groceries they will let you in without paying.
