Orkin Canada Pest Control

Our pest controller who came to our house was great. However, we are still not happy with the service we received. As after our year contract, we still have the same issue with no resolution. We asked to have a supervisor join, and that did not happen.

Amazing!! I believe his name was Graham. He came to our home with a lot of knowledge, answered ALL of my questions, was very thorough in explaining the best approach to take and why and he was so patient. I felt very comfortable with him and he made sure I felt comfortable and was ok with everything before he began spraying. Orkin is very lucky to have him as part of their team. We feel much better knowing he will be taking care of our carpenter ant problem. Thank you for the fast (they arrived the day I called) and fabulous care.Thank you also to the receptionist that took my call and understood how frustrated I was.
