This is a great shared space. I really enjoy the energy here! Great coffee selection, and the tea drawer is always full. The snack options are prefect for an afternoon pick me up too.

We have been with York Executive Group for about three years now and I will stay for next year. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my stay. You can get everything you need (and more) without overpaying or getting surprised. Mrs. Lam is a great and wonderful host and everyone in the community is warm, helpful and welcoming. All of my very influential visitors and advisors (Academic , Industrial and Governmental)who have joined my meetings in this prestigious board-room say this is a fantastic meeting-room. I highly recommend you seriously consider this place as an option!

Great community and facility to work. Easy and plentiful parking, great office management, and convenient walkable access to plenty of nearby restaurants for lunch. Right at the convergence of highways 7, 407, and 404 so you can get in and out quickly. Two minute walk from Viva/YRT bus station.

Our strategy and consultancy practice finally found an ideal modern shared office space community that is very reasonably priced. We are paying one simple price and in return we have daily access to boardrooms, lounge areas, coffee/tea, and there's plenty of covered parking. I found this office space to be bright, clean, relaxing and comfortable. It is close to the highway, restaurants, and other necessary amenities for small businesses. The shared space is always clean and others using the space are respectful and friendly. Since COVID I have more appreciation for the mailbox on site for my business mail. I would recommend this space for anyone looking for a great space to work out of.
