Very expensive parking and underground parking is a nightmare during rush hours

Massive place. Expensive parking underground.elevators connect to bldg.There's actually a very nice gentleman in the lobby area just to direct you!

I just want to share my experienced in this place. I bought some drinks in the food court and sat on the table and one of the security ask me if i am waiting for someone and I said yes why is it not allowed to set here? I said..he said its okay! so to cut the stories short my friend didn’t show up on time and I ended setting there maybe 2 hours in the food court waiting for my friend. So the head security approached me and said “ Sir have you noticed you already spent 2 hours here? I said yes why? He said we have rules that only maximum of 20 minutes people can stay. What? Im so sorry Brookfield I don’t know that there is a LAW in Canada that you can only spend 20 min in public places like food court so please put signage stating only 20 minutes maximum stay so that people are aware. Also your security is not well train they should be professional and be careful in every moves and approaches. Thank you!

For such a new building, it doesn't have the amenities that others have such as a gym, atrium garden, outdoor patios to enjoy the higher views.

Work in building. Elevator system sucks, they need to adjust delay so it doesn't run you around. No hot water in bathrooms. Crammed bathroom stalls so close together tp dispenser is over the seat, genius design choice. Shops in place are pricey hipster places, 15$ sandwiches and 5$ coffees, guess I'll be brown bagging it. Building looks fancy I guess.

For those fortunate enough to work in this building, it’s an incredible facility. Amazing amenities, close to everything you want downtown and great transit access. Stunning views from the upper floors.

Not sure why my friends and I were treated so poorly by the Brookfield Place employees. The Brookfield Place courtyard is beautiful, has a cool auditory water effect and encourages the appreciation and use of patrons passing by. There are tables and chairs as well as benches for people to sit at and enjoy. My friends and I briefly (and respectfully) visited this courtyard to film a few small clips for an Instagram video. The Instagram video was not for any monetary purposes but rather to create art in the beautiful places of Calgary. While there were less ideal visitors at this courtyard (some homeless people), we were approached and told we were not allowed to film there and were told to leave. We asked for a reason, of which they were not able to provide one. I'm disappointed with the way this was handled but also feel strongly that if you have people using your space in productive and positive manner it will help drive away the less ideal visitors. Would love a response from someone who manages this building.

Does anyone know if the public is able to go inside and see the views I wanted to go some day but I don’t know if I’m able to?

Really bright and well sunlit atrium to hang out in during the winter time while enjoying a coffee.♿ Wheelchair access via south east or north side doors.
