I have to echo what others have said here - one thing that this place has figured out is how to provide excellent customer service. I took my mom and Grandma here to buy shoes for our wedding - neither of them having the slightest idea of what they wanted. The salesperson was exceptionally patient and attentive; offering alternatives after getting a sense of their style/preferences. Both left with a pair of shoes that they loved which was a huge relief to me. Prices are higher than average but you simply can't argue the quality of product and service.

Have shopped here a few times and always found to be very accommodating but today not so. All it takes is one bad experience to not return again and that has happened today.

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks from Beckers online but it turned out i should have ordered one size larger. I emailed them and they promptly sent me instructions for a return/exchange. Was there this morning had bought a very expensive shoe there in February of this year. Manger said sorry it 7 months can't help you. You need to buy another pair. More or less said these are worn out older then that. I won't be back

This place is FANTASTIC. They stand behind their store. My husband was able to return a pair is shoes he bought there 5 months later and received a full refund. Yes,he bought another pair. We will praise this store to everyone. You know your money is well spentTo bad more stores weren't the same. shopping there.

I worked as a co-op student for three weeks at Becker Shoes and it was a very positive work experience. Their customer service is amazing, friendly staff who are eager to help you find the right shoes. They're very patient never rushing or pressuring customers to buy their products. Alongside the customer service the store itself is great to shop in. Their store layout and window displays are always very aesthetic and creative, as well as always striving to keep their store immaculate. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend Becker's Shoes to anyone.

Really excellent service. Friendly and patient staff that are more than willing to help. Prices seemed high. I think I may have paid double what I could have paid out of town. However I will likely shop here again because you really can't beat the service we received.
