Buyer beware. I bought a glove for my daughter through their website. Only received shipping notification 2 weeks later. When I received the glove, the glove was used and was missing packaging that a new glove would have. How would I know this? I bought exactly the same glove a year ago for my son from another vendor. We had to break in that glove. This glove was already ready broken in and missing packaging. The glove came in with just a zip tie and price tag. If you are to buy anything online from this vendor make sure to contact them and ask if their product is new. At least indicate the product is used on the website so the customer can make an informed decision. The only reason I bought it from this vendor was because shipping was free. But when I checked their return policy you would have to pay for shipping to return it back. It's worth it to go to another vendor and pay the shipping and get a new glove.

Tried purchasing a Wilson A2000 Boxing Day and checkout went fine. Received confirmation but no shipping notification for a week. I emailed to find out they apparently were out of stock but didn’t notify me. Asked if I could still get the discount, but apparently all their A2000 models were out of stock so they couldn’t help me other than a refund. Brutal customer service.

Placed an order on March 30 and was shipped the wrong product. Contacted Baseball360 via email to inform them and was advised the proper one was sent out April 1. Have still not received the correct item and have contacted them twice with no response. Was not given a tracking number for the replacement shipment. I always support local companies but things like this are why people shop on Amazon.
