So disappointed with the service that I've got from my recent visit to the place.So rude and impolite employee. Never going back there again. And I'm so surprised from all the good reviews and comments before . Maybe it's my luck that I was with the wrong employee.

Very bad customer service from the manager.Went there to upgrade one of my recent purchases for something MORE expensive.Although the receipt says exchanges accepted, I was not able to exchange the product I had bought 3 days before. On top of it the attitude I received from the manager is a reason for me to never return.Not only was he not bothered by the fact that he had an unsatisfied client, he literally laughed on my way out because I was frustrated.

Solid place for a good variety of accessories and cigars. 'Normal prices'. Service can be hit or miss depending on who is behind the counter, but it's not bad overall.

Very very bad costumer service, there manger is a big mistake for there business,(No Refund No Exchange) if you did a mistake and bought a wrong items you better throw them in the garbage easier than speak to there manger to exchange your items. I had a long conversation before i left the store very upset and I'll never come back again(NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL) (⭐ = 0)

Best, biggest and most chill smoke shop that I’ve been to. Their staff have certain specialties that allow them to give advice on any smoker type (dabs, rollers, bongs). Jodie helped us out and delivered exceptional service! We will be back if we ever need anything in Montreal.
