I really recommend King Living products.I really loved the furniture so I bought all the furniture I needed from them.First of all,the quality is very good so far.What distinguishes these furnitures from other brands is the solid structure which you can see clearly in their showroom.Second,The fabric can be easily replaced because of the zippers provided underneath.My good experience was not limited to the products only.The perfect behaviour and assistance we received from the sales person was also very impressive.Gisa helped me with choosing the products and made the process much easier for me.The only thing was that the delivery was a little late.Also I had a problem with one of my items.The furniture was wrong and they provided me with full refund and $300 credit as compensation which was very satisfying.I hope this company will be successful in its future business and never leave Vancouver.

Mark, the person who helped us in the showroom, was incredibly personable with a wide breadth of knowledge about the furniture. They were able to help us narrow down our options and gave thoughtful recommendations on fabric since we have a dog. The phone support and purchase went smoothly and I cannot recommend them enough. I can't wait to receive our couch!

Looking for a replacement for our fifteen year old Lazy Boy love seat. We found it a King Living. I liked the fact that the frame is metal and that the material zips on and off. Having the frame on display in the showroom helped us make our decision to go with King Living. The other brands that we looked at had poor reviews for frame and material quality and we wanted something that looked great, comfortable and that would last. That is why we chose King Living. We were told to expect delivery of our new love seat in two months. Hope they don’t disappoint. Our salesman Mark was very knowledgeable and patient during our decision making process.

We had a real pleasant experience shopping at King. Mark was very helpful suggesting fabric and color for our new sofa, the actual product speaks for itself when you sit or lie on it, incredibly comfortable and from what we could see extremely well built, we can hardly wait!!

I have not bought anything from them yet, but they seem to have the best quality for the money. They are the manufacturer. I feel lucky that their only Canadian store in in Vancouver, close to me. They allow you to choose from many different custom fabric types. The metal in their frames has a 20 year warranty which is huge. You can tell just looking at the metal that this is sturdy, well-made furniture.

We were looking for new bedroom and living room furniture and from the moment we stepped into the showroom the King Living team were extremely helpful. We went back to the store a few times to decide on what we wanted and every time we were welcomed back. Davy Chen helped us decide on the space we had and what would fit best. We would highly recommend King Living.

Two years ago we bought the Delta couch and had excellent customer service! The couch has transformed our living room in a small apartment and the many different configurations we can set it up in.Recently, we came in to buy more side tables for our couch and walked out buying the Promenade Bed with the hybrid mattress. We both have back issues and the moment we laid on the mattress we knew this mattress felt amazing! We also love how the mattress is so versatile. The coils and the topper can be flipped and each side is a different density (med - firm), and we look forward to the warm and cool fit covers. And to add to it the bed lifts up for storage and to make the bed without having to bend down!!Gisela‘s excellent product knowledge and support helped us find our dream bed! We’re so excited!

We had done a ton of online research and pretty much tried out every couch on South Granville. The last store we went into was King, but thinking it would be way out of our price range. The stars must have aligned because my partner and I agreed on a sofa, the package we would need was on sale, and most of all we found Mark as a sales consultant. He was so patient with us, super knowledgable, and the perfect amount of helpful (not too much yet there when we needed). We were also so overwhelmed with all the fabric choices from other stores, but he gave us expertise tips on all the pros and cons. And what we appreciated most was him helping us find the product we need, not trying to upsell something we don't. We feel (hope) we got the best bang for our buck. Definitely the most pleasant showroom experience we had that day!
