I'm a first time home buyer, just moving into Canada. As I was only a couple months into the country, still on my US employer's payroll, not many banks were interested in lending me money to buy a condo. Rashmeet was instrumental in not only getting me a loan from an 'A' lender on the basis of my Credit history from the US (which is quite unusual), she was also able to negotiate a good interest rate with the lender, given the incredibly turbulent post pandemic market with high interest rates. It was good working with her.Would definitely recommend her expert services.
