Jennifer was nothing less than professional and was able to go through every step with us and explain everything in such a way that we understood everything. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions and listened to our feedback and at anytime she felt that we weren't quite understanding something she would take the time to explain it in a different way so that we understood. My mortgage broker is Sandy Billingsley. She was able to finalize a mortgage deal for me within an extremely tight timeline. She is definitely knowledgeable and experienced in what she is doing. She is also very responsive and friendly. She also gave me good advices in terms of real estate investment plan. I was happy to work with her last time and am working with her the second time when I am renewing my mortgage now. Pauline was instrumental in my understanding of real estate transactions, and patiently answered all of my many questions. My purchase happened unusually it quickly, and there were some twists, but Pauline handled it all competently. I must have seemed pretty naive indeed, but I never once felt foolish in her office.
