Terrible customer service. I went there twice, and both times walked out without a rental vehicle. There is an extremely limited choice of vehicles, and they don't seem to have anything but premium vehicles" (since when is Subaru premium) with *limited* km. The man working there was extremely condescending

Budget Car Rental
Only reason I rented a car at budget is because I was a little late and they had no cars left at enterprise other than a pickup. Both charge the same cost for the same car, but with enterprise, you get unlimited km whereas budget charges $0.12 per km after 350km. Of course, they don't tell you that when you call. You learn about it when you get there, at which point I was too much in a hurry to find another car. Given that I had to go to Quebec city, I think renting the pickup at enterprise would have ended up being cheaper. I have no idea how they stay opened with those rates, but never going there again.

Very disappointed, booked the car rental on line and went to pick it up. The address on the web site was not a car rental place, but a store. Finally found the rental place, but it was closed, called the number on the door and got a message giving another number. Called it twice and they told me they were a car detailing place so I gave up...never did get the car rented.... good thing it was not an emergency. Won't try them again would give less than one star if that was possible

A little dispointed. I should have read the comments here.It was ok to pick up the car. After returning the car (early in the morning and I was the only client), the employee told me that he can not drive me home (5min from the store) because it was only him who was working, he has to close the store if he drive me home. It does not metter, I called my wife to pick me up. But I was told that I can not wait in the store because he need to close it. Then I wait outside more than 10mins, luckly the weather was not so bad, only -6 degree. Before arriving of my wife, I saw there were 2 employees working there. What a Poor sense of client service!

They promised us a deal, than said the employee wasn't allowed to do that, so they wanted to charge us double. Terrible customer service.

Very poor customer service. They have made it clear that making a few extra dollars on a rental is more important than keeping there customers happy. I will not be returning to this location, and may well decide to stay away from budget altogether.

Terrible . Budget locations close without notice and some have no key drop off. Could not return car, 1 hour on the phone with customer service who could not help. Lost 2 days of my time trying to return the car. Rented with Costco travel who suggested this company, disappointed in their service as well. Save your self the aggravation, rent from somewhere else.
