Helpful workers. We went for passport picture last month. They clicked photo five times for my baby then they finalized the picture. And yesterday we got our visa. Thank you shoppers drug mart.

In store everything is ok. But if you ever try calling the post office which is here at shoppers you'll need to call shoppers themselves and ask them to tell the people at the post office to pick up the phone. I've been calling at least once a week for 2 months and they won't pick up. Fix this add a ring or a light to their phone so they answer the phone please!

I was on hold for 11 minutes after being reconnected twice. Had to hang up because I was tired of repeating myself each time. Terrible service.
