The worst service! Service person showed up and was arguing on the phone with a dispatcher for 10min. Couldn't extract the key. Couldn't replace the new lock. Left and two days later, I can't even close the door. It's in worse shape from the original call. It took me six calls to get through to someone after waiting two hours to get a call back. After this fiasco, at least I had the decency to call back and cancel the service call. I can't in good conscious have them come back. I'd rather pay again for someone else fix it. Not even worth the 1 star.
