Kabayan Remit Canada

The most frustrating remittance ever. They ask so much questions. Unbelievable! They won’t let me send money that my husband wired to me. I want the money back so I can send it somewhere else. Some other remittances doesn’t have red tapes like this. I just want to send money to my family and this compliance are so stupid. Getting a refund is another issue. I already sent them bank statements and screenshots of my transactions and still not enough! Do they think they’re the RCMP or FBI with their questioning? Please save yourself a hassle and don’t give your money to these people.

The only reason why its a three (3) stars, its because of your customer service (CS). Your CS is great and accommodating but sometimes to a fault. The problem is promising within an hour or two when delivering the remittance and not able to commit to your promise, is where the problem begins. The unfortunate part is that sometimes it does work and sometimes it doesn't. But when you rely on it to pay medical bills it when the system doesn't work. The inconsistency is where the faults are. This is the reason why you get 1 star and 5 stars and nothing in between. Maybe you should just stick with 1 -2 days delivery and if it does happen that you managed to deliver it quickly, then its what makes you a 5 stars company.You have failed me today, when I needed it the most. It time to try Remitly. Now I remember why I left Asenso...

Great customer service . I don't have a problem when sending money.

From the first time i sent money to the Philippines i had some troubles with my payment to them. They told me to send it to their kabayan remit account but I ended up into trouble and the payment did not went through. They did not do nothing about It until i contacted them. They are so PALPAK" they always says sorry to ur problem but we don't need ur sorries...we need actions."

Worst service ever! Not once but twice! No more! Wanted to send to be hassle free but asking so many documents for sending a small cash for friends birthday! And I was on hold for 20mins, to check or verify ek ek... never na talaga akong uulit! I'm still waiting for refund!

The service was horrible! Supervisor can't help. How come you're in the position but poor customer service. If there's a rating lower than 1-Star you should receive it. If the rate is high they always cancelled transaction! Bad service!!! How come they deleted the transaction not within 24hours??? I requested for supervisor (to talk and callback) NO ONE REACH OUT!!! What kind of customer service???!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Went for a vacation in the Philippines and its the worst experience ever. I understand that they have to do that Compliance Check but their response time is unbelievable. They would ask for so many supporting documents and they'll ask for it one by one. You'll send one and after 3 hours they would ask for another one. They're FB customer service is of no help too reponse time is so ridiculous. They'll say that someone will call me back in 10-15mins but called me after 5hours. Asking for refund is another battle. No one answers on their contact number also just keeps on ringing. DO NOT USE KABAYAN if you are sending larger amount of money and if you are on vacation it will just eat up your time getting ahold of them and would ruin your vacation like mine.

So bad experienced here. In the beginning, the service in sending money was really great and I did for couple of months. Because I am new here so my expectation is a good service".when the time I use to remit money and do all transactions about being asked
