Love the staff at Merivale! Friendly, professional always suggesting new products. The rooms are always clean and they make you feel like a valued customer at each visit. Wouldn't tan anywhere else!

Prices were fair , the equipment is second to none, the studio was clean and not to mention the service was friendly and really new how to recommend what tanning time i should go in for. It seems like they really are educated and care about your skin. I will be recommending this place for sure.

Amazing customer service and super easy process to set up an account. They have great prices for memberships, especially spray tans which is what I get. If you’re going to be getting more than 1 spray tan in a month, the membership is for you. Best spray tan I’ve had in a while that faded super evenly and lasted a full week.

Nice staff and quiet location - Only 4 different tanning beds, and 3 spray tan rooms. In the summer it can get busy at random times, which can make wait times 30+ minutes. Overall good tanning spa.

Been going here for a few years now (wish I found them sooner. Been to quite a few places)they are ALWAYS really nice and knowledgable about products they sell. Great selection of beds that are kept very clean!!!!! Understandable if they sometimes forget my name they must see hundreds of people a week (try to remember that many names..)

Hey just moved to Ottawa and started tanning at this spot and it is amazing bed's are hot and very clean. I saw a few reviews saying that the staff are rude and that cannot be farther from the truth they are all extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying this spot out and I bet you will love it. Cheers
