Lots of hidden fees and lies about costs.Was told to come in for a test it would cost $23 they charged me $90 and acted like they did me a favour.Apparently it costs $110 just to bring your pet in the door.Beware this is the clinic for rich people, they don't actually care about your pet just getting you back in for more tests and more $$$$ for them.Spent over $600 in tests and they just want more with no idea what's going on with my dog.Save your money and go somewhere else or use doctor google, you'll get better information

They are amazing and very trustworthy. We were visiting my family and drove up from Louisiana and during the visit their cat got our dog and an infection quickly escalated resulting in a stint, antibiotics, and other things. They were great, friendly, and truly care.

They have taken of our dog since a pup. When it came time for him to cross the rainbow Bridge they were over to the house immediately. They were very concerned he was comfortable and we understood everything they were doing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They even took the time to send a condolence card with a copy of his footprint enclosed. Their hearts are as big as their business. Thank you to all the staff.

My hamster, Cheese, had a bad foot and needed to be euthanized last minute on a weekend. Lakeshore Veterinary stayed open and the staff stayed to let me to say goodbye, and have some time with my little guy. Explained to me the process and let me choose how I wanted to bring Cheese home. Everyone was very kind and patient. No one made me feel like I was being a burden even though we stayed past close and everyone had much compassion and kindness, It meant the world to me when I was losing part of my family in an already tough weekend. Thank you.

Lakeshore is my absolute favourite vet. They always answer any questions and concerns I have over the phone. I had a very traumatizing year with one of my girls and they were compassionate the whole way. The compassion near the end of her journey was unmatchable. I can’t even begin to thank or appreciate them enough for all the work and care they do. I love how kind and patient they are with all my kitties. I would rate them higher if I could!

Very nice over the phone but other then that no idea . They wouldn't see my daughter's cat in a emergency.
