My mother lived here for almost 5 years and she was always treated with care and compassion. Most of the staff are wonderful people, but in all that time, I have to admit I came across one or two staff members that could have done a better job, but on the whole, its a great place! They do a good job, considering they are short staffed and over-worked most times.

They took over an hour to answer a emergency call from a room, I was visiting my grandma and I saw a lady from another room asking for help but no one went to see her (maybe she always yells maybe but still at least have someone walk by the corridor to check up on her). A lady went to ask if her daughter called for a visit. They could answer yes or no, but instead just ignored the poor lady for very long. She then said she will come back and ask when they arent busy ( which she did after about 30 mins) and they still didnt answer her. Other than the nurse (they work hard I can see it) but the préposer" like those that help the nurse

Staff is caring and friendly. I saw singing and laughing and a lot of the things you fear will be absent in a care facility. Recommend :)

Great place for rehabilitation. AWESOME staff. Always friendly, very kind and helpful. Only complaint the meals were always cold.

I was so impressed with the attention my mom got during her convalescence there. Staff obviously like working with each other, and for their patients. Mom liked it much better than the private place she stayed in first.January, 2021. Mom spent time there from September 2020 to January as a longterm-care resident. Mom and I have nothing but praise for the staff. They were so devoted and attentive. As the room was small and unattractive, and other residents noisy, Mom moved to apartment in a private place. But we'll never forget the high level of care she received here. Angels.

Very, very disappointed place to be. No activities going on! Patients sits or more like sleep in their wheelchair in the hallways! No comfortable chairs in the rooms, no clocks! Very depressing place. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Am just glad that I don't have to go back there to see my dad ( may he RIP ).Just a suggestion? Try to make this place a better place to be? More comfortable for the Patients and the visitors?!ThanksCeci n'est pas une place pour mourir, je suis complètement sur que mon père a souffert le martyre avant sa mort.Je le déconseille.Merci encore.

Horrible place for any person that’s English. They refuse to speak or try they brush it off & ignore. Maintenance is a minus 1star it’s as if I’m working there I’ve never seen them clean her room in the two months my grandmother has been there. They just leave all the patients there in the hall etc...hours before going down to eat and food is cold as well forget if you have a special eating they’ll ignore that as well. My grandmother was admitted to hospital and NO PHONE CALL!! The staff & facilities are inhuman & unprofessional I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go here. I will be filling a complain higher up.
