Amazing property, clean, safe and with all amenities. A special shout to Shawn, he is a superman. Takes care of all the tenants and is very approachable. Great !!

Awesome building to live in. Downtown, so its walking distance to so many things Forks, Legislature, supermarket, City Place and Portage Place.Clean and well taken care of by our Resident Managers Eugene and Shawna. They're very nice, any problem we had (which was extremely rare) it was taken care of quickly. They were always reachable.Suites had loads of spaces, all utilities included, balcony with awesome views, can even see the fireworks at Forks, indoor pool and underground parking, secure building.

A beautiful building in the heart of downtown. The building is safe and monitored with cameras, close to every amenity possible, always clean. The RM, Shaun, is always quick to respond to any inquiry and finds a solution for every problem. A great place to live!

I lived at the Kelly house for 8 years and it was a great place! The caretaker Ken was fantastic, he took care of any issue that came up and took great care of the building. It is a beautiful building in a great area, close to the Forks, the River Trail and the coffee shops on Broadway. Both Ken and the Property Manager from Globe were excellent, I was well informed and felt they took great care of me from move in to move out and everything in between.

My partner and I love living here. The building is well kept, and feels like home. Our on-site RM, Shaun, is wonderful! He's very responsive and works hard to keep the tenants happy. He's extremely helpful at all hours and the reason why the building is well kept. Kelly house gets a 10/10 from me.

I've been a tenant at Kelly House for several years now. All the superintendents have been good, and the latest, Shaun, is no exception. Whether it's a leaky faucet or a problem with a light, I just have to send a text message and it's taken care of in a day or two. They frequently do projects that are upgrades to the building. Since I've been here they've redone all the halls - lights/apartment doors/carpeting, re-tiled the pool, and the latest project was to re-do the underground parkade. Which meant we lost our parking space for several months while they removed and replaced all the concrete and rebar. Fortunately, Caroline, the Senior Property Manager, found indoor parking just a couple of blocks away for no additional cost. I was worried that since I drive a light truck with high ground clearance that there would be a problem with parking in the new area, but she ensured I had a spot that would not be an issue. We've since moved back into our old spots, and the work looks great. We have heating, better lighting, and better drainage. It's a great place to live.

We lived here for little over a year, this is a very fine property, and in a very nice neighborhood that is close to many day to day necessities. The elevators are exceptional well maintained and you do not have wait too long to get one.Our residence managers(Eugene and Shawna) are exceptional and kind people. They both work so hard to keep the property super clean. They are very professional and friendly. Property manager for this building is great she is very accommodating to work with.Definitely I would recommend this place.

I lived in kelly house for 23 years and for the most part enjoyed my stay. Eugene and Shawna were great. I cannot say the same for Globe Property Management. They were very good but the last couple of years they haven't. We requested a bench for the lobby its hard for me to stand for any period waitimg for a taxi or freinds to pick us up. They did not bother to evrn reply to my request so now colour me gone.

Nothing but a bad experience since we moved in in October of last year! Management/Shaun are useless when dealing with noise complaints or other incidents (on multiple occasions).Be prepared to have sleepless nights as you have two Manitoba housing places nearby that create nothing but noise and problems to the public.Also make sure that you're good friends with your favorite MPI agent because there is a good chance someone is gonna hit your personal vehicle and then drive away.No cameras in the bucklane so the deductible is gonna be on you.. ask me how do I know?Today was the last bit. There's renovations happening on the building and the construction company decided to use my balcony as their temporary storage/garbage area. When speaking to Shaun about this, he shut the door in my face. I almost feel being discriminated against at this point.I can go on and on talking about the horrible experiences that you will potentially face living in this place but that's enough to give you an idea what you may be stepping into.One of the worst decisions in my life stepping into this place but, you live, you learn.STAY AWAY!

Kelly house was a great place for our family to transition for two years before buying a house in Winnipeg. Large square footage in a 2 bed room with 2 baths and lots of closets for storage. The pool and underground parking made the winter fly by. Good mix of hard working people, families and seniors that made us feel welcome. Older building that has been recently renovated and is clean and was a better price point than renting a house. Electricity, hear and water were included and the security system and onsite building caretakers made the building feel safe. The bus and lunch program were free for Gladstone school. The bus picked kids up steps away from the side door on Assiniboine to take then to Gladstone School. Located on Gertrude in Osborne Village, Gladstone was an excellent small school with a great staff and good community feel perfect for transitioning to the city from anywhere in the world. The park, riverwalk, library and forks were just 10 minutes or less to walk to giving us lots of exploration opportunities. 4 stars for being an excellent building, good price point for the amenities and 2 years of living with out incident or complaint while raising our family.
