My experience watch over the coming months they will know a freight train is coming I will go to the end of the earth and my last breath to wake them up y can no treat people like u do then again first I have to show up I am filing a complaint every agency I can I rather live on the streets and and eat dog food than ever deal with them again.

Terrible! Don't get the hours she is suppose to have. Cancels without notice. Paramed needs to be reviewed and the sooner the better. Some stay on their phones. Have complained a lot!

A couple of the workers are great and look forward to seeing them. Their management I have found is totally unprofessional at times unfeeling disrespectful. We're told afternoon before would be gone next day yet a worker was still sent but was gone. Am thinking partly do to lack of communication what workers was told by another here they do worry about client falling but later I got from them and let me know was angry with me and was told when they send worker I have to be there. Just some examples of issues. At first was caring and great was awesome being a client getting help from them. When called as a client letting know canceling the phone was answered but wasn't aware she had me on speakerphone until heard some noises from her moving talking she said yes and she told me okay they heard you. Uncomfortable speaking on phone with them after. They have good and bad. Don't recommend though.UPDATE: So many missed visits I don't really get the care I need. They say a variety of reasons. Since my review the 2 workers I looked forward to seeing each week they just stopped coming. Paramed continually takes on new clients when they don't have time to provide care for the clients they already have. When have told them at least 4 or 5 times the supervisor and community one don't send me any men they continue to send them. I try to call when can't be there for a visit and constantly get a recording due to a high call volume no voice-mail to let them know.Update:: only when what they were doing went live on CBC news site did the director even act on stuff that was proven. Be careful though. Don't get close to any of them. Lines got blurred one worker during my visit of worker yelling at me and later finding out after the fact one went through my pills bottles can't touch, not in blister pack without me knowing. When tried to complaint make a complaint the supervisor, and head supervisor after many messages left not one would call me back never heard from anyone. They do not take clients rights seriously when they or their workers are at fault. Be careful. Confidentially was broken many times hearing about other clients and more.

Just watched footage of a worker kicking my ill mother's tiny dog(for no reason), who is fresh out of the vets due to an attack.Beyond that, the workers tend to be terrible, and don't care as they are underpaid and under trained.Paramed should be shut down.
