Canadian Tire

Almost out of stock on many items and outrageous price when one is left. Was looking for quick chain links. Went there 2x in last two weeks. Hopeless

Brought my car in for a change over In November, they kept my wheel lock key and claim to not have it. I was offered zero help or explanation as to how my belongings were stolen/misplaced or where it is now. Nor was there any offer to resolve the situation. Bring your car anywhere but here unless you want to pay out of your own pocket to fix their mistakes. I spent over $1000 on tires rims and a change over, last dollar this company will ever get from my family.It should not be up to the customers to ensure sure your job is done correctly. Do better.

Rant to this awful manager. Poor young woman at the cash register. Mistake were made in the pricing of items. I decided to take it because of the price. When it showed up to a different price I told the young lady , I’m sorry but it was like 20$ cheaper on the sign . She asked her manager. My friend went back to take picture of the sign when many other items like mine were. So it wasn’t someone that put it to the wrong place. Anyway the young women was gonna respect the price and that manager super rude called me name and told me if I couldn’t pay my stuff I shouldn’t be here. YOU DONT SPEAK LIKE THAT TO CUSTOMERS. He was rude, unprofessional and couldn’t respect the price mistake. I ended up leaving not taking anything and went to buy somewhere else just because of it.

I've lived in the area for almost 2 years now. They have one woman there that questions you over everything. I had to make a return one she treated me like I was ripping them off. Recently I had to make a purchase and the box was open already. She treated me as if I opened it and was putting other objects inside the box. I understand criminals exist but treating paying customers like this is obnoxious. Because of this I often make the decision to just go to the Walmart directly across from them unless it's something I specifically need from Canadian tire. I would describe the woman but I'm sure they already know who she is.

I went to a couple Canadian Tire stores and I'm not sure which one this is. Of this is the one where I got my fishing license, you guys did an awesome job, thanks. If this is the other one, I didn't actually buy anything but you store looks awesome inside. Super clean. Good job.

My daughter Had to pick up a life jacket for person that was 190lbs, she asked canadian tire staff for assistance, staff member was a middle aged lady who sent her home with one that was rated for a 90lb person. Now we have to travel 30 min a second time to get the proper one. Educate your staff canadian tire.

Olds Alberta Canadian Tire.It is frustrating to see that their prices are out of touch with the market, making it hard to support local businesses. The fact that I found Biosteel sports hydration drink mix (45 servings)at a $20 cheaper price on Amazon is concerning.While I understand that Olds Canadian Tire is a brick and mortar store, in fact, I wasn't expecting the price to be the same as their online competitor. However how do they justify a nearly 40% difference in price? I am definitely willing to pay a few dollars more for the convenience and peace of mind that I am supporting local jobs in the community but come on.When you see a bright orange (on sale) sticker on a large majority of other in store items that are still far more expensive than their online competitors becomes truly comical. Nearly every customer has the ability to access pricing information instantly. The old make it look like it's a deal." Doesn't work anymore and is insulting to the customers intelligence.Is it not a basic principle that best price equals more sales and more product sold equals more profit?It is disappointing to see that even in a small town

I’ve have enough bad experiences at this store that I’ve decided to write a review. This Canadian Tire in particular has awful customer service, the staff are rude, unhelpful, and my last experience I discovered that in fine print on the back of the receipt they have the right to refuse a return of a product if they chose so.. I found out with a $700 product that was missing pieces and didn’t work properly… they told me it was “too big of a financial loss for Canadian tire”… I miss the days when stores cared about their customers and the loss of a customer was a loss to the store. Not that it matters to Canadian Tire, I definitely won’t be going to this store ever again… I shop here a lot an thought that was a financial loss but I guess their logic works differently.

Auto manager Wayne was excellent to deal with. I was leaving AB to BC in 3 days and needed front brakes. The auto manager, Wayne, re-worked the schedule to fit me in. A couple other shops I tired didn't do this for me. Super helpful and helped me out in a tight spot. Very thankful.

Was good for most part. Had to do a tool warranty and staff was pretty helpful and took was warrantied without a problem. Had to grab a couple other items. One issue I had was I was looking for an electric or even a pneumatic board sander. They had only belt sanders which did not help at all. Other thing was idk what the heck is going on with their automotive paint isle but basically has not been restocked for well over a year and it's getting really frustrating as they used to have one of the best selections of auto colors in spray bombs from any store in the area but now only a few cans left. Please restock the paint isle. I'm sure your letting down many diy auto body guys that are doing small repairs.
