Disappointed in their service. Used them for an install which went sideways. We had them apply smart glass film to 2 units which on the first attempt looked horrific. We were told it was the glass under the units which were scratched which it was, however these were new units ordered specifically for this purpose and if they were scratched why would their installers (applicators) install the film on scratched units without informing us. It's an interesting material with a degree of difficult which requires attention to detail which it seems they are lacking.

Do not contact. Linda was rude about the fact that I am legally deaf and did not want to have a phone call. Did not want to provide a quote. Arrogant and unprofessional contact. Companies like this need to be avoided.

We recently built a new home and used Smart Film on a large patio door and side lights. The team at Smart Glass were a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt to reply to questions and explained how the product worked. They sent an installer to our home prior to measure the area and confirm that an installation was possible before providing a quote. Shortly after installation a crack appeared in one of the side lights. Smart Glass promptly arranged for an inspection and then offered to replace the broken window and Smart Film at no additional cost. The installer arrived on time, and cleaned the work site after all the work was done.I would not hesitate to use Smart Glass again.

We had a difficult installation on our front door but the gentleman installing absolutely crushed it! He was extremely careful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Smart Glass is incredible and I recommend it to anyone and everyone!
