Treated my 87-year-old Mom like she was QE II & she loved it. Lots of kids around enjoying fresh-made maple taffy. Stocked up on #1 NB Dark. What better way to beat those late-winter blahs!

Arrive early because you will wait an hour in the cold to get in. Delicious breakfast and a beautiful walk.

Very friendly staff! There was way too much of a wait (Sunday ~11am) for the breakfast. We hung out inside the maple shack as we had a baby, kept warm but eventually left without eating bfast due to such a long wait. That being said, the maple on snow was delicious and the family operating was very kind. Bilingual service at the pancake house would be nice.

When a very well renowned food writer and cookbook writer, along with her food photographer who travelled across the country, asked to tag along with you and take photos, on a recommendation from one of there biggest fans, me, opted out, left me wondering why?

Richard (the owner) was very accommodating. Despite of a scheduled exclusive activity at his place, he still welcomed us and some other customers to try their famous unlimited pancake breakfast. Will be back again, hopefully this time a bit longer.

We have been here twice already this year, both times were excellent !! Second visit was to bring parents, both in their 80's they loved it, food is great for a sugar camp !! Environment and staff were fantastic, we will be here more this year yet !!!
