Port Elgin Nails

My worst experience ever. So expensive and unsatisfied. She was charging 10$ extra for my desired length and i even wanted the average length for coffin nails. No cuticles done, no primer before gel, nothing like that. And she was rude too. She went on my skin with buffing machine and i ask her to be careful it hurts and she said there was cuticle.I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Even of you are not getting appointment anywhere else do not waste your money and time there.

Disappointed! We drove from Owen Sound Gel polish was done well but was not the colour I asked for and I was too annoyed to correct it. Pedicure was quick with just a soak and exfoliating scrub. Trim was bad she made me bleed twice cutting cuticles too close. Employees laughed at the start (I assume at my bigger feet) and carried on about it until the owner scolded them. At payment it was back and forth there was a price list but she typed on a calculator. I suggest discussing price first! I could tell some employees gave a lot of effort and some did less. Free hand design on my friends manicure was fantastic. Not worth the drive in my opinion.

May have been the quickest pedicure I've had - efficient and effective. My shellac toes looked nice. Could have spent a little more time on callous removal but overall good. I'll go back.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience here. We vacation in the area and I brought 2 adults for pedicures and 3 children (8, 7, and 13 year old) and no one left happy.The staff were rushing even with an appointment booked the day prior confirming they had time for a larger group.They were very rough with the kids and the youngest did not get the colors she asked for as well as polish with poor coats and on skin. I had 2 kids crying in the car as they did not feel comfortable speaking to the staff due to language barrier (understandable) but lack of willingness to slow down and listen to what they wanted.Definitely will not be going back again. Hope it was a one off as we checked reviews before going and called to confirm they were comfortable with the group size.Very expensive lesson learned. We did still tip as I felt that was right for the short time it did take but left very disappointed.

A great spot to get your nails done in Bruce County! I’d highly recommend going to see Lily, she does a great job with acrylic nails and is always very kind and welcoming!

I have never had a full completed so quickly. Better yet they were the prettiest nails I have ever had.The shape is perfect and the colour is incredible. Love my design as well

I’m new to the area and was looking for a nail salon and just thought I’d try this place out. It’s clean, spacious and flexible with your schedule however I’m a little disappointed with my visit. I got a pedicure and full set of gel nails. The pedicure may have been the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had. It’s was extremely rushed and she did not file my nails at all. Just clipped them. There was a crack in my nail that needed to be filed down and because it wasn’t, it’s already completely chipped and peeled off.The full set gel nails were okay. Shape is not exactly as I wanted and I couldn’t find a colour I liked (not for lack of selection). I’m definitely used to having my nails a bit more cleaned up.

Walk in appointment. Would give 3.5 stars for myself and 4 star for my friend. 2 adults for pedicures. Very different service experience depending on which employee you had. Clean and bright space, friendly staff and price was reasonable for one of the services done.One pedi was done very fast- nails not filed, feet did not have a great exfoliation, one min massage and a few leg slaps? Multiple calls taken on a headset while she was working on my pedi so she had to stop occasionally and yet it was the fastest pedi I have ever had. The polish application was good.The other staff member took his time and seemed to do a very through job as my friend was done about 5 min after my pedi was done. Even other customers were still finishing up when mine was done and had their pedicures started well before mine.I will return to give it another chance and know who to ask for next time. I feel your experience depends on the employee you have doing the service.

I have never “loved” a nail salon before I came to this one.They are super kind and caring. Take pride in their work! And they double check to make sure your OK with the prices.Overall , quickest fill I’ve gotten with as much design as I got done today. And that alone is a high thing in my books.And they fit 3 of us in, for the same time slot. Anywhere else wanted us to come at different times.I will definitely go back, and even consider getting my toes done there too.Well worth the 45 minute drive. Thanks again Port Elgin Nails!!
