Not well recommend to everyone. The equipment was full of urine, I can’t tell if it’s a human or animal urine inside the van but I would say it’s not well maintained. And they have a hidden charges. I end up paying too much when I only use it for 2 hrs. Don’t get me wrong I filled up the tank prior to returning the van.

Went here for supplies which there were none in stock. Tried to sell me his personal used roll of packing tape for 5 bucks. Amazing service Uhaul!

Didn’t know about my reservation but offered a van with a smashed window. I foolishly accepted only to be met with an instant charge of $76. I asked why but he said that that’s just the cost. Told me to call u haul. I left and went to a different location.

Avoid! The place is extremely dirty. Make sure you get a contract before leaving, overcharged us $60 for fuel we did not use (3x the rate of what we actually used!). The shop clerk changed our order and added extra add ons, they added insurance that we did not have on our original order due to coverage through our credit card!

Rental experience was alright, van was acceptable & mostly clean, staff was friendly, open & accommodating.. Reserved & paid online to avoid any potential scam charges. Will consider coming here again.

This store offered me awful services for my moving day. I reserved a specific size truck well over a week in advance of my moving date. Upon arrival to pick up my truck, I was informed they did not have a usable vehicle in that size as someone else had booked it and the other one of that size was out of service. I was then informed that the only truck remaining to give me had broken windshield wipers. It was raining that day and I was told I could either take the broken truck or change my reservation for another date. This store knew they had a broken truck and did not give me any advance notice. They also were very unhelpful when it came to any solutions for me. In summary, do not book any services through this store, go to U-Haul directly or a different moving company

I got charged 110 for 1 day for a small in town moving where i did only 28 miles. I got charged a dolly that i didn't received and it took ages to get it and return it. They were looking for every ridiculous way to charge you more with fees that just don't make sense. Never will return to that location again. Ever.

This uhaul location is disgusting. The truck was filthy and had not been cleaned in a very long time. Someone has been smoking in he truck on a regular basis. Owner could not care less, I identified the smell, how dirty it was and a bunch of existing damage and he just shrugged and said it was fine. Drivers side mirror was cracked. We had to drive for two days in the rain with the windows down because of the smell. Avoid at all costs
