Love the habanero chicken burger & great onion rings too. Best fast food, IMHO.The drive through isn’t always the fastest but they’re always friendly.

It's very unfortunate that you stopped doing curbside pickup. My daughter and I both suffer from high anxiety & limited mobility issues so Drive thrus and dining in are very hard! We both feel your breakfast is the best.. but sadly we can not get it anymore now that there's no curbside available in Vernon

The food is as expected for fast food. A lot of times it's chaotic waiting and getting food, usually something is missing. Trying to get an employee to get an iced root beer from the machine with a side of cream or sweet cream added in proves to be a bit much for them each time I go. Thinking? root beer milkshake... Might be easier to just put in an automatic milkshake machine. For what you pay for, most items are on the smaller side. Expect to pay over $30 for two people. Always check your items before leaving. Sitting in? Wipe the table down or your elbows may get a little sticky.

A&W has been my go-to burger chain for many years. The veggies are always fresh, and everything tastes great. Nearly all of the packaging they use is either recyclable or compostable. Staff is typically friendly and approachable. I don't usually dine in, but the seating is comfortable and the atmosphere pleasant.The only downsides about A&W are:- It is slightly more expensive than most similar chains (Burger King, Wendy's, McDonald's, ect), but it's worth it.- The app isn't great and doesn't allow ordering from any of the locations in Vernon anymore (WHY?) or any of the brew bar" options.- This particular location has a very strange drive-through that you have to line up for right into parking spaces.Other than these little things

It was a bit crowded with rather large group of teenagers.. who were no bother at allStill extremely fast & friendly service! Food was exactly as expected and ordered, thanks!

Ordered onion rings at their drive-thru, got home and couldn't even eat them as they had a thick coating of seasoning. A few bites left me with a mouthful of salt. They weren't even hot. Too late to go back through the drive thru to complain.

The whole team here at hwy-6 location A&W are just super amazing. Special shout out for Shanese - bringing a smile to everyone who comes to the counter, clear on orders and such on point service. The interior are clean and food are fresh ! Wonderful !

We went through the drive thru and the young lady who served us made our dayShe was so friendly and personable she put a smile on our faces. Sadly we did not get her name to give proper credit.But if I say yaaahhh maaan" then I think she will know who we are talking about! Keep up the great work and keep smiling and spreading cheer"

So so tired of bad service. Twice this week I have to complain about A&W. I went over order three times because he seemed to not listen. No grilled onions and add pickles please". What do I get? EXACTLY the opposite. Called to advise and not answering phones. You're about to lose a long time frequent customer. Be better.Also
