Othmane is a very professional and friendly inspector. He really cares and went above an beyond to satisfy us. He accepted to come over once we occupy the house to check some of the things that he was not able to inspect completely such as the roof and A/C due to winter, for free. Not to mention that he already inspected the roof twice in 2 different days to ensure he inspects as much surface as possible since the snow was gradually melting. He finally offered us a zoom meeting whereby he walked us through the details of the inspection report and patiently answered all of our questions. He even told us to text him with pictures down the road at our place if we have any questions. I highly recommend Othmane for your inspection needs.
