I've always shopped here. I bought two mountain bikes (Kona's) from Bow Cycle. And all my accessories. They have always given me good service. And I've always been able to get what I'm looking for. Bow Cycle has been a big staple in this city for years. Go and check them out. With a huge selection of bikes and accessories. Including riding gear and clothing. You pretty much have one-stop shopping.

Many, many thanks to Aaron at Bow Cycle for giving my wife and I the time, space and advice to make an informed decision on our recent ebike purchase. Lot's of choice and lots of test drives ensured we made a solid decision. Would recommend Bow Cycle anytime.

I bought a hybrid bike here a few years ago. I recall the sales experience being really positive. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and was able to take a few out for a spin before deciding on which one I wanted buy. Fast forward a couple years, I still return to this location to get my bike serviced. Price is reasonable and they always do a great job returning my bike to like new functionality. I also bought a used road bike last year, but it needed a major tune and some parts replaced like the chain, brake cables and rear cassette. Bow Cycle brought that bike back to life and rides like new. Will always come back here for my bike needs.

Drove out from Winnipeg to make a big purchase on a SuperSix Evo on Feb 25, 2023. Finally able to write up my review!The week before I made some calls to the Bow Cycle staff and they were very informative + patient with all my inquiries. By the end of it, they were happy to swap some parts and put aside extra parts that I had requested. Upon arriving at the store they already had the bike waiting by the counter for me! I brought my shoes and quickly got on it. I thoroughly looked at everything and noticed the crank arm length was longer than the spec'd size for the bike. Staff were quick to take it to the back and swap it out immediately. Everything was all good to go in minutes! Now my bike is ready to go for the RBC gran fondo!I just want to thank all the staff and Dan for all their help!

Upgrading my mtb from 1x10->1x12. Joel from bow cycle provided amazing customer service to ensure I had the right parts required to be successful. Looking forward riding up the those steep hills faster soon!

I’m from out of town and both times Bow Cycle has been very accommodating at getting my problems resolved. Had to get a part I couldn’t find locally (I live in a smaller town) and the part was found, shipped to me in an extremely timely manner! Service knew what I was looking for on the first go! Bought a complete bike that was shipped to me, had some minor damage from shipping and they fixed me up with paint to fixed instantly. Staff have always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My only regret is not being able to visit the store in person yet!

I have been dabbling for a few years in learning about e-bikes with the potential of buying one for a specific purpose in the near future. Since I already own a Mountain bike from Bow Cycle from years ago, I remember that experience well and went back to them for my new needs. I went late on Mother's day, a busy day for the store, but I got to meet Matt, who knew I was just looking, but still spent quality time with me without distractions. Pulling bikes out and explaining each one. Even letting me simply take off into BOWNESS to cruise and test this one I was eying out. It was an easy and overall great experience with the staff and even as they were closing up. Full attention until we left. I appreciate the care, knowledge and quality of the products in there and especially the customer service that I got that day. Thanks for making my Mother’s Day.

12/10 recommend Bow Cycle. They have a great selection and even better customer service. Hayden helped us out and was *literally* the friendliest person I’ve ever met???! We were able to store our bikes inside when we forgot our locks and shopped around no problem. If you’re choosing between bike stores here in Calgary, choose Bow Cycle.

Bought two bikes (Surly Krampus)with the help of Doug's expertise for an upcoming bike tour across Canada. Doug was incredibly helpful with the thousands of questions I sent him via email. Ty and Doug kindly boxed our bikes up in preparation for a flight very last minute and helped with getting all our accessories etc for the trip. As someone who endlessly reads reviews and scrutinises the most minute things, it was such a huge help having Bow cycles on hand. Thanks so much
