Amazing work from Tracey and her team! The property is a two storey walk-up in downtown Toronto with very limited parking, so they had their work cut out for them, but they were miracle workers!

Great Company and Great Team. Fast response. Quote matches the things that happen on the day of the cleaning. It would been better if they could've done 2-day cleaning instead of 1-day; yet I do know Tracey and her team did gave their best at cleaning (and it was very good). The whole team was enthusiastic to come in and clean. They showed me a starting point of keeping things organized. They are best at overcoming some of the obstacles we faced during cleaning (I.e. elevators not working.. etc)Thank you guys for coming in to clean, and keep it up.

I am a condo owner who hired GTA to clean my condo which was occupied by a tenant. Unfortunately the condo was left in an unclean state when the tenant left the unit. GTA was able to restore the condo to its original condition.They payed close attention to the windows, cupboards and baseboards. They performed a very thorough job and I was very happy with the final results. I would highly recommend GTA to anyone who wants good value and excellent results.

If you have ever experienced a bed bug infestation, it can be overwhelming - particularly if you are disabled and without a lot of money or support. Prepping for fumigation is a HUGE job!Suzie, the owner is extremely responsive, sympathetic, professional and clearly trusts her team. Tracey McAllister, who led my prep team is very caring, thorough, a good leader, and the ultimate multitasker. Also, incredibly responsive.The original prep was as advertised - I will not say cheap, but given what needed to be done and me being on a budget, it was a fair estimate and was honoured despite being more work than anticipated in the quote. Tracey shared with me that she feels saddened by gaps in the system that make it nearly impossible for tenants to resolve an issue like this until it is too late and services like hers are required. She is an advocate for sure.I will rate this company above 5 stars based mostly on follow up issues I needed help with on 2 separate occasions that were dealt with urgently - and where Suzie, Tracey, Paul and team helped me on an emergency basis and made me feel less desperate and alone. Compassion! They did some major professional post-fumigation tasks that I could never have accomplished without them - friends cannot do this kind of work, trust me. They may love you, but nobody loves bed bugs!I will never be able to thank these people enough. Yes, I paid for it. But this is such a highly specialized service, there comes a point where it’s unavoidable - and even handling materials are expensive. They quote in technician requirements @ $55/hour + materials (current as of this post). And there seems to be a set scale for one off jobs. Hope this helps if money is an issue for you. Obviously, the more you can do yourself the better, but if you are disabled and/or elderly like me, I needed them to do everything and have no regrets.You may have to think hard about spending the kind of money involved - especially if you need to dig deep for it, but ultimately these people are experts and this is a very difficult service to procure.5 stars for Tracey especially who is genuinely caring, incredibly humane and supportive, and went above and beyond in every way.Many thanks and recommend highly.

We hired GTA Clean to help our client with a severe hoarding job. They were very professional showing the perfect amount of compassion to our client. We were working on a very tight timeline and Tracey, Chad, Suzie & the rest of their team went above and beyond to complete the job. Tracey has a work ethic like no other and truly has a heart of gold & puts the needs of the client above all! Suzie and Chad were masterful at logistics, timing and coordinating the entire job. Chad worked his magic with his truck mount and we were blown away by how clean everything was when the job was complete. Suzie being right on top of everything ensured a smooth and seamless process. GTA Property Service Group Inc was the first and only agency to respond to my need for cleaning up the contents of a large condo which had been the sight of a major hoarding problem. The team members set up the necessary steps for getting an incredibly difficult job done. I received an accurate and fair estimate of the job before they started. They presented a very detailed account of what needed to be done and the special equipment, time and personnel needed. The honest, incredibly hardworking team kept me informed of all the work as it progressed. I am forever grateful to them.
