Went in on a Sunday with my kiddo and had the pleasure of being helped by two wonderful ladies working there. It was a reasonable wait time and a clean and bright atmosphere. Genuinely the customer service puts this place over the top. They were patient and caring to my kiddo, and completely understanding of what I was asking to be done not only to my kiddos hair, but my own. I was worried I’d walk out with no hair and she managed to keep it as long as she could for me while getting those dead ends. I’ll definitely be coming back in the hopes of having a run in with these ladies again. Thanks again you guys, your kindness, conversation and professionalism was so appreciated and isn’t something you find often anymore.

I would give them 20 stars if I could, they were so friendly, social and sweet. The best place I’ve ever gotten my hair cut at!They listened to what I wanted and then did it even better than I could have imagined!! I didn’t remember to get the names but even the owner was such a sweetheart! I can’t wait to come back!

Had such a great experience not only did they cut my daughters hair exactly like she wanted they were super friendly. My daughter has anxiety and they made her feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend going here!!

I had a mullet as per the trend and after two weeks, I couldn’t look at it anymore. I walked into this salon and right away, Ally helped me out and made my hair something I could love again! I came again for a fashion colour and Ally & Andrea took such great care of me! A great, positive environment where hairdressers help one another and listen to client needs!

I went to my appointment expecting to receive what I had made the appointment for-wash, condition cut and style but my appointment lasted less than 15 minutes. My hair was long and I expressed my attachment to it but it ended up 3-4 inches shorter and in no way resembled the picture that I had shown the hairdresser. It was very evident that I was her last appointment of the day and she just wanted to be done. It will take me a year to grow back not to mention that it will look nothing like what I wanted at my son’s wedding this summer. I am extremely saddened and disappointed with the outcome and I will never go there again.

Ashley is a dedicated and talented hairstylist, as well as being friendly and professional.Ashley gives great advice about colouring to compliment your natural skin tone, that is in keeping with not over processing the hair. I’ve learned a lot from Ashley about how to care for my hair after colour and how to help grow my hair out from a pixie cut.Ashley goes the extra mile for her clients, even coming in once on her day off to help me out when I had an upcoming special event. I never feel rushed, and she will even experiment with styles she’s never tried before! I was in today and asked for a crown braid, and it turned out great! Her service is impeccable and I can tell she is always pushing herself to meet the exact need/wants of her clients.I always feel younger when I leave because Ashley is such a cheerful personality and often compliments me and generally lifts my spirits. Thank you Ashley for your professionalism and expertise!

Definitely wouldn't recommend they hire people with no experience and they have messed up my hair a good few times. I had to take a cab from Hair Mastersrst to First Choice Hair Cutters just so they could fix my hair they messed up

I'd like to give zero stars but that is not an option.Pretty disappointed with this place.Received a bad cut, stylist" said I could come back to get it fixed.I had tears running down my face while I was walking out.I debated even writting this review because of now embarrassed I am with this cut.Messaged the manager and never received a reply back. Now I have to spend more money to get it fixed and will have to go super short because the hair is so uneven.A real hard hit to the conference."

Andrea is amazing, I trust her to have fun with my hair and she does a fantastic job! I always leave feeling beautiful.
