My Dad gets his dog food here. I had to pick it up once and they were cleaning. They said they had a bag but couldn't find it in the store. So I had to go same brand different food. Whatever. We're back to his original but that was unusual. Nothing really else to say. The store isn't really inviting. Kind of feels like a warehouse more than anything.

Capable of answering a phone ? Apparently not. I just want to know if they carry a particular product before driving over as it is a long drive for me. Sorry for the low rating but I've tried calling 4 times within an hour and 30 minutes time. No answer. :/

I’m never shopping here again. My mother was shopping this evening and the clerk eavesdropped on her phone conversation, made ignorant and incorrect assumptions about her health status, and kicked her out of the store on absolutely ZERO grounds. This is no way for staff to treat paying customers. There are lots of other pet food stores in town and my family will be giving them our business from now on.

Saeed is the best! Knowing my purchases were a guess on fit for my mother’s dog, he was willing to take them back and exchange them. I really appreciate the knowledge and professionalism.
