If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I paid for a lost ticket only to have to pay at the gate again only to find out that my credit card was charged THREE times! What this company is doing is absolutely criminal. I’ve filed a claim to be reimbursed for the two unwarranted charges and their website says it takes 30-40 BUSINESS days to process! If it gets processed at all.. The phone number doesn’t connect and their customer service through Instagram is terrible. They should be ashamed of themselves.
