We asked for assistance to fix the door and to replace our garage door. I sent an email request. An email from Creative Door asking for more information was received. I replied providing the information. No response. I phoned to follow up and was transferred back and forth. Arranged an in person visit to get a quote and to get the door running. The person who arrived installed a lock (specifically on our request) and left saying he had to “think about it”. I have received nothing back but a bill.And while it was indicated they would reach out to me. No contact has been made.

Ray explained everything that needed to be done. The door was fixed to our standards and customer service was wonderful! There was no mess to clean up. Creative Door converted our 3 regular lift doors to 3 high lift doors recently for our home. The service we received from Amanda and Rob was great and they took the time to make sure I knew how they needed my framing to be so the installer could easily complete the retrofit. From my first contact to the installation being complete it was probably less than 2 weeks and we are very happy with the end result. We also feel that the price was reasonable. I will go back to Creative Door in the future for any other overhead door needs I have. Thank you!

Our garage door was damaged during last summers hail storm and after making an insurance claim we contacted the folks at Creative door to have our door replaced.(Why) Well because since we purchased our home new some 22 years ago we have always used their services because they are a very dependable company who looks after their customers. Creative Door was awesome to deal with. From the first call to the service personnel, it was a first rate experience. I had my garage door spring replaced and they got me in two days after my call. Ray showed up on time (10 mins early actually) and needed to make the spring. He returned in the time frame he said and got the work done quickly. They will be my first call for any garage door needs in the future.

This company is absolutely customer service oriented, the level of service they provide is amazing. I had an issue with my garage door when the power went out after hours and emailed them. I had a response she at 4:38 am, a phone call And 2 follow up emails. Judy and Amanda are an absolute delight to deal with and are so helpful. Keep up the amazing service!!

Customer Service was amazing, Judy really cared and helped us when our garage door wouldn't close, the staff that came and helped were awesome, Fred helped getting my garage door down for the night and Ray came and fixed it up and even came back next day to help me with another issue. They were always smiling and helpful just so friendly and gave us good advice and were quick and efficient. This company truly cares Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them as they really cared. Great work!

Fast and reliable services! We love our new garage door opener, and glad to have Ray, such a considerable and patient technician, who came and did as much as he can until we were all happy with what we got.I was originally not happy because it was really really hard to book an appointment through the phone call. There is only one person who can help book an appointment and she's always super busy. But once we got booked, everything went smooth and fast!
