Excellent service! Professional team. My car is older and had a number of lug studs giving grief on the installation but they were able to deal with them easily and get me back on the road. They also noticed some repairs needing to be done and informed me. The previous tire company I dealt with didn’t do either of those things, so I had no idea service could be this good. Thanks again!

After spening $2000 on new tires for my truck I would hope they would some time to clean all the mess they made. Nope the tires look like they have been dragged through mud and the brand new rims are covered in lube and something else. Really shows the pride of work. The install was fine but took longer than the quoted time.

Huge Shoutout to Kal Tire!!I purchased a control arm less then a year ago and it seemed like the same one needed to be replaced. They honored the warranty and had it replaced.I did my own shocks (April 5) on a 20 year old car and after they where done, my car really needed a wheel alignment.I was able to call and get in same day (April 6) which was amazing!!!This shops are always so busy, especially before long weekends, but they really did help me out.Thanks KalTire for saving my behind!!!

The new digital assistant is absolute garbage.Put a real person on the phone.Definitely going somewhere else next time.

The customer service from Adam at the front desk was great and the service in my car was timely and efficient. HOWEVER, when I got my car back there were grease marks on the inside driver side door handle and seat. So much that my own hands got dirty after I drove it back home! But they did offer to clean all of it afterwards, which was very nice!

Kal tire did such an incredible job helping me with my tires. They were so friendly, got me an appointment quickly and did a very good job with my tires. I felt like they were very honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful service! Got in short notice for low pressure in the back tire on my Model Y which ended up having a screw in it. They fit me in and fixed my tire within hours. High recommended them, great service and very friendly staff.
