Scheduling and communications with Darlene, the office manager, were timely and informative. Friendly and skilled installers Tyler and Graham arrived earlier than expected, worked efficiently to achieve a high quality finished product, and thoroughly cleaned their work area before leaving. Jonathan and Graham arrived promptly to complete a job for us. Within a few minutes of discussing the job it became evident that what we thought we wanted done would not work aesthetically for the front of our house. Jonathan and Graham cleaned up the eaves and did not charge for the visit. It was so refreshing to have a contractor discuss our needs and then agree that what we had was actually doing the job. I will not hesitate to contact this company when we do indeed need new eavestroughing. Thank you Jonathan and Graham!

I asked for an estimate to replace my eaves, and they came within a week and provided me a written quote. They even came back a second time on short notice when I wanted to change my original request (which I did multiple times) and offered me alternative quotes. From the time I decided to proceed with the installation to the team showing up at my house was a week, and they did a great job. All in all I had a great experience and their customer service was fantastic.

Very poor customer service. Quoting is not done on site, so things are not exact. After chasing down my quote, I received a nasty call from the installer telling me sorry they were busy and I needed a carpenter. Yet when I had them come to site, he told me he was a carpenter and I agreed to pay him by the hour.

Very pleased with the job done replacing our eavestroughs. They replaced and reconfigured the ridiculous set up that was in place when we bought the house. Now downspouts are in the proper place and the water will be efficiently taken away from the house. The work was neat and tidy and all old materials removed. Excellent job.

I had a great experience with the company. Granted, it was a slow take-off because of their workload (room for improvement on the customer communication side), but that said, once the site visit was complete, the customer materials were ordered, the job was scheduled and installed in reasonable time. The best part was the execution of the work, friendliness and tidiness of the guys. They also took care of things the original roofer had missed. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend JR and team.

Pleasantness combined with professionalism is such a rare find. Kingston Seamless did a beautiful job quickly and thoroughly and went above and beyond to rectify issues from a previous installer. Time was taken to confirm the job requested with an on-site walk-through and incredible attention was paid to every detail. Straightforward communication every step of the way.
