Friendly staff with amazing turnaround period for projects. They created an amazing aquarium topper that includes an above water basking area and ramp for my boyfriend's Peninsula Cooter, Steve. The ramp took a few adjustments but that's due to original instructions of the length and angle of the ramp given by my boyfriend's miscalculations.Aside from the client-side hiccup, accolades to the pair who run the shop for their infinite patience and understanding. A project like this if ordered online or DIY would have cost more than what we invested at the shop. I highly recommend anyone owning reptiles or amphibians needing tank additions to try this place for customized habitat needs.

Great customer service! Also offered best price between three places I called to get quotes for clear 6mm acrylic sheets for windows in an outdoor gazebo. I ordered 9 acrylic sheets and I made a mistake in the measurements; they were cut 1 cm too long. Vic was great, and said just bring them back to the shop and he will cut them to the measurements needed. Carole in reception is also delightful, and was quick to respond to my questions. Definitely recommend, and would use them again for applicable projects.

I’ve been refurbishing a 47 foot sailboat and have been using Plexi klass for making new windows, hatches, portlights etc. Even with complex curves on the large windows, the fit was perfect! Vic and Regula(sp?) are master craftsmen and craftwomen! Always get satisfaction from this shop!

Great company! They helped me a lot, and quickly, with my sailboat project. I would recommend them 100%. They even gave me great advice on how to drill the Plexiglas which I had never done before.
