I initially thought badly of this company but then I dealt with the owner. STAY FAR AWAY. OWNER IS HORRIBLE!! My initial thoughts were wrong. He is worse than anything I could imagine. Worse than trump. Stay far away! They did a horrible job with my roof and then refused to replace it after it ripped within a year. Terrible service too. They won’t call you back or follow up. Never again!Mike called me and screamed at me about my review of his business. Then, he threatened me, and refused to perform the work his people verbally agreed to do.Ironic?

So disappointed with this company. They outfitted the building my business is located but seemed unable to fulfill an order for an awning recover. It took 4 weeks of emailing to get one step of the way. Owner of company would respond with a 1 to 3 word reply, didn’t answer questions about timing, materials, costs.. and eventually dropped our job. We try to work with local companies and I provided graphics, made adjustments when requested, answered questions in a timely way. To pay $863 for an awning cover just to have the owner of the company be unprofessional and drop the job because a customer is asking questions is really Disappointing and I hope this reviews help Mike improve his business practices, or save a future customer from possibly wasting time or money.

I have used Wellco for over 10 years to install new awnings on two of my properties, installation was professionally done, when i needed to get additional awnings a few years later of course the material i had chosen originally was discontinued, Mike found a perfect match, sent me samples of the piping trim so it could also be matched to the existing.They take down, store and reinstall my awnings annually , have also had them cleaned and they came back looking brand new. Crews are respectful of the property while doing install/takedown..
