Great family business focused on service and to keep their customers satisfied. They will go out of their way to make that happened. I know this first hand after I needed some help with understanding how to operate my new Fontana (best outdoor oven ever by the way). The owners Nick and Rocco went out of their way to deal with my issue including a personal visit to my place to get me going. Thanks guys.

Nick and Rocco were both fantastic to deal with, I bought my BGE from them along with plenty of accessories and add ons. Everything came in on time and experience was very detail oriented. Store has high end outdoor cooking appliances and nice furniture , don’t expect anything cheap or discount products. You come to Lakeshore Living to buy quality and great service!

Service was ok, but most disappointing aspect was that this place could not price match Goemans appliances on a new Big Green Egg. After having issues with Goemans over a former BBQ purchase I didn’t want to give them my business again but they had the lowest price. Lakeshore living sold a green egg to my friend so I gave them a chance to earn the business. After multiple calls I was told to get a quote in writing. A typical and fair request I would say but a hassle for me, and I didn’t want to make a trip back to Goemans Mississauga. Instead I went to Barbecues Galore in Oakville and they had no issue matching the price. Easy peasy. No hassle.

Nick has a incredible knowledge for his products.Very personalble and friendly. Bought a wood burning pizza oven and have had a blast all summer long experimenting on cooking different foods. Pochetta, sausage, patatoes and obviously pizza . Goodbye BBQ ! Nick thank you for the great service .

Great place. Nick and Rocco are so welcoming. We purchased lots of stuff a few years ago. We had an issue with the table and Nick replaced it no questions asked. We had our furniture for about 5 years. So happy with it. Love those guys. If we need anything we know where to go.

Great service and i love my hot tub! It has great insulation so our heat bill did not go up very much and it stays hot. The motor is on the outside so very easy to fix too. Jets r amazing for s my sore muscles and a much better pruxe point than competitors
