Lisa Smart had a winning attitude right from the start. There was never any undue pressure throughout the process. Her extended knowledge and backgrounds within the legal system gives her a great advantage. Lisa was very easy to talk to, she was so understanding and really good at explaining everything to me and easing my nerves. She went above and beyond for me, offered me multiple options for my case and gave her advice while still listening to me and asking how I feel throughout the whole thing. This is the second time Lisa has dropped contact without reason. First time she was at another firm and both times my partner and I were only able to talk to her during the initial consult. Unprofessional to get our hopes up after reading so many great reviews then to not even tell us why she can’t follow through.
