Très mauvais service à la clientèle, on a payer un prix et après ils ont annuler notre réservation parce qu’on a pas accepter de payer le surplus qu’il veulent charger pour garder notre réservation. Le courriels qu'ils nous ont envoyés étaient très agressifs et peu professionnels. On a déjà fait la plainte a l’Office de la protection du consommateur.In answer to your response is not true I didn’t want to listen anything you didn’t give me any option just cancel my reservation without my authorization, I didn’t want to cancel because I already booked everything for my trip and you MUST respect the price. You just sent me an email any call. You didn’t give a properly customer service you were RUDE. I found a better place where to rent a car I just want to advise people to BE CAREFUL with this company. Also in the l’Office de la protection du consommateur they told me the contract you send is not the right one and doesn’t have the information we need as customers. Be careful people.

I had a reservation at 6:30pm, when I arrived there’s nobody’s at the reception and I called the customer, they say there’s someone be here soon. And until 7pm, the time they close, just nobody receive my call anymore. It really ruined my schedule!

ALWAYS TAKE THE INSURANCE COVERAGE REGARDLESS OF AGENT ADVICE. MISLEADING CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES. I had rented a few times with Globe and although their service was slow I was understanding as they are short staffed. Usually I rent with them because the cars are well maintained, friendly customer service and it is most affordable comparatively. I had never used the credit card coverage before and asked multiple customer service reps before renting about it as I had heard not to do so. They are all stated and reassured me it was covered. The contract could not be read properly during check out and I asked multiple times if they were able to print the contract so I could read it properly. They said no. They said yes to the credit card coverage - fully covered, no mention to check my policy, no mention I was responsible if the insurance company failed to approve the claim. I was in a rush and late so I had finally managed to sign on my phone and leave. I had no issues driving and no incidents, I was unable to do an inspection with the staff as it was returned after hours. They charged me $697 for alleged damages : which included $200 admin fee $41 rental day fee $365 mag repair' . See photo attached of 'damage' no clear image was sent. When asked for a photo of the repair - I was informed the car had been sold. Repair bill is dated after sold date. When making the insurance claim their staff continued to assure me the insurance company would cover it. My insurance company advised me the claim was suspicious and also that my policy did not cover tires and wheels. Had I known it was my responsibly with informed customer service and a printed or visible contract

Don't rent from this company. Especially this location. They are all scam. They will charge you for damages that you didn't do. I am so unhappy with their service. Also they will steal gaz from the car although odometer shows full. Totally scam and not worth it.
