I’ve been seeing Gillian since 2018 for my curly hair. Not only is she a curly hair expert that’s really good at what she does, she’s also so easy to talk to. I always look forward to my appointments with Gillian for the hair magic and the good conversations.

I booked an appointment online for the first week of March. Received a text message saying my appointment had been denied, followed by an email explaining that “others” have dibs on the appointment who have been waiting. If the appointment is not taken, I can have it. Last time I checked, I have a schedule and a job and a family, too. I booked 6 weeks in advance for a reason, only to be denied an appointment with someone I have never even spoken to before. Really terrible way to start a business relationship and a bad business module. I’ve been in business for years and this is how you do not form a clientele. I booked an appointment with another curl specialist and she called me the same day to confirm. If someone wants to hand you money, you don’t tell them no. Period. I’m sure she’s great at her craft, but you must have to shed blood to see her.

Gillian was amazing! She spent the time to educate me on my way, was really professional and gave the most excellent cut.Gillian was personable and the experience was well worth tbe price. I highly recommend Texture This!

I am so happy with my haircut! Gillian took the time to teach me how to style my curly hair and also how to take care of it. She is wonderful to talk to and it was a great experience, fun and relaxing.

Gillian is amazing! Not only is she very talented at making you look great, she also goes the extra mile to teach you how to make your hair healthier. An added bonus is that she’s also hilarious and easy to talk to so appointments with her are always a relaxing and fun experience. I strongly recommend her to anyone but especially those with curls!
