The worst company with the worst products on the planet! Bought a Hybrid 100 heat pump for my pool in August 2018 and could not use it more than 4-5 times! It’s broken all the time. Customer service and support team just suck! If you’re are waiting for a service call, good luck - it will take forever. A terrible terrible company! You better set your money on fire than spending it on this absolute junk!

My experience with TTI Fab's service has been excellent to say the least. The technician was perfectly bilingual and wasted no time finding the problem and fixing it. He also added some personal touch in sealing some of the cavities where water could have penetrated for our heat pump panel. I would recommend this local company to everyone.

All I know is I so totally regret getting the Ecolo 80. It sucks, barely heats. Thought I would encourage a Made in Quebec product, but I realize it was a mistake. Don't get the Ecolo 80, a waste of money.

The worst service ever I have to wait 4 weeks before I get my machine fixed that means my summer is ruined plus the product worth 0 value I used it for 1 season and it’s already broken I had before another heater it lasted 12 years I didn’t put even gaz in it and I sold after 12 years functional I was supposed to have better product and better service since it’s a Quebec original company but it looks like I was mistaken

Ma thermopompe a brisé, j'ai placé un appel de service sur leur site Internet le vendredi, 45 minutes après un employé m'appelait pour me poser des questions. Le lundi, ils sont venus changer ma pièce et le tout fonctionne à merveille. Excellent service et très rapide.

Worst customer service possible. We have been waiting for 6 weeks to have an error code looked at. They came in 3 weeks and fixed an error code that failed 20 minutes after the technician left and now we have to wait again for next appointment. I strongly suggest that you do not buy from this company

Very good heat pump, takes about 24hr to warm my pool to 83 degrees. Now swimming is a totally different story. TTI has a very knowledgeable customer service as well. Very good product at reasonable price compared to the competition. I totally recommend.

I have my Ecolo50 (Club-Piscines) for 3 years now and so far so good. The TTI Fab. technician Benoit came today to inspect my thermo pump and it was a positive experience. So far I have nothing but a great experience from Eric the service advisor to Benoit the service technician they did the job right.

The worst, the worst, the worst. I wish I had known that this company is a complete joke. First year buying the pool heater and already had problems and same problems the second year. Waiting almost one month to the 'technician' to come... Stay away and spend your money somewhere else.

I wish I could give them 0! I purchased HELIOS heat pump last year. Used 2-3 times so far. This year stopped working the day I needed it. I asked service department 10 days ago for a support but they will only come after the season is over, after several calls begging for help. They even dont bother calling to confirm a service date!This is not a reliable product and service!
